The population in the 4 county area is around 3 million residents making it the 2nd largest metropolitan statistical area in the state of Florida. It has a humid subtropical climate with hot summer days and a slight chance of a light freeze in the winter.
Tampa is known for its diverse culture & is home to a variety of performance halls including the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. The TBPAC is the largest arts center south of the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.
