The city of Daytona Beach is home to one of the world's most Famous Beaches. They have one of the few beaches in the world where you can drive your car on the beach.
The hard packed sand made it possible to host over 50 years of racing at the old Daytona Beach Road Course on the beach.
The course was replaced in 1959 when NASCAR founder William France, built the Daytona International Speedway. It is now home to racing's biggest event, the Super Bowl of Racing, Daytona 500.
Daytona Beach is a year-round family resort area and it can accomodate even the largest crowds Motorsports can bring.
